Saving Romania’s Abandoned Souls were really helpful when it came to me adopting my dog Eva, I could tell they really have the dogs welfare at heart, they did a home check and looked at all aspects of my home to make sure it was suitable for a dog, but also to ensure that the dog was suitable for me and all of my housemates. They were very thorough with their questionnaire and communications throughout the adoption process were good.
Once Eva was on the transport I was added to a group chat and I could follow her progress on the journey, we were updated with times and given information on what to expect once our dogs had arrived.
I felt really prepared by Roxy for the arrival of my Eva, once I did get her home I was asked for updates over the following few weeks, the continuation of service really shows how much SRAS cares about their animals.
Eva is the perfect match for our home environment and her personality is lovely.
