There’s no houses around or even other strays in this area. Poor Pumpkin clearly had been abandoned. How anyone could abandoned any dog is beyond us but let alone a little puppy that’s only 6 weeks old. He weighs less than a kg. What chance did he have? None. He would have died of either being hit by a car, hunger or the cold.
Pumpkin now is safe. He was taken straight back to Elena’s home. He had a meal and then cosied up to the warm radiator in his fluffy blanket.
